Why we should meditate/exercise every day

To live a healthy life it is necessary to maintain our diet and life style according to it. The best way to stay fit is doing exercise. Some people prefer gyms and dance for it and it really works amazing in making and keeping you fit but is it done. Just doing exercise or yoga will make you fit ??

The answer is No because if you want your body to function well, you want to get a fit body then you must also need to make your brain/mind fit as well. An Unhealthy mind cannot lead you to healthy body so How can you make your mind fit. I mean its not a body part like arms and legs so you cannot lift dumbbells from it and make it fit. Then the question is how can you make your mind Fit??

The answer is by doing Meditation. Yes it is scientifically proven that doing medication will help you reduce stress and will also lead to a healthy brain. Doing it on regular basis will improve your concentration, focus, Logical and thinking process and soo on.
